On Wednesday, July 19, Valley Center-Pauma Unified School District Superintendent Ron McCowan announced the hiring of two new administrators into the Valley Center-Pauma school district.

Having dedicated six years of service to the school district, Aviles  is no stranger to the district's
values and vision. He began his journey as a Financial Analyst, where he showcased his financial acumen and analytical skills.

In his biography,  says his primary objective stepping into the role of CBO is "to foster collaborative relationships, promote financial stability, and provide strategic leadership to ensur the optimal allocation of resources."
