Regular Board meeting agendas are posted at least 72 hours in advance, and Special Board meeting agendas are posted at least 24 hours in advance, allowing time to review topics and plan to attend. Members of the public may address the Board on an agenda item or on other matters within the Board's jurisdiction. Individuals who wish to address the board must attend the meeting in person and submit a "request to speak" card, available at the media center entrance, prior to the meeting being called to order.
