All persons/organizations wishing to use a school facility must complete the "Certificate of Liability Insurance" naming the Valley Center-Pauma USD (not the site) as additional insured. Please use 28751 Cole Grade Road as the address. The insurance policy must be a minimum of $1,000,000 coverage per incident.
